There are two ways you can change your long distance company:

1.  Call Iowa Telecom to request a change by dialing toll free 6-1-1, and selecting option 1 from your home phone (or option 2 from your business phone). From outside the Iowa Telecom service area, dial 1-877-901-4692.

To switch to an Iowa Telecom Long Distance plan, you can print this online form and fax or mail it to Iowa Telecom. 

2.  Call the long distance company that you wish to use. They will then contact Iowa Telecom with your request.
