As the facilitator, planning your meeting with Audio Conference by Iowa Telecom is easy and takes only a few minutes! Simply follow these instructions below:

1.  Send out a meeting notice to your participants via e-mail, mail or telephone and include:

• Meeting date and time
• Meeting telephone number 1-641-623-3733
• 5-digit PIN code - you create your own 5-digit PIN code using any five digits between 10000 and 99999 (Ex: 68957). You can use the same PIN code or create a new one for each meeting.

PIN codes cannot begin with a zero (0). The following PIN codes cannot be used: 12345, 54321, 11111, 22222, 33333, 44444, 55555, 66666, 77777, 88888, and 99999.

Participants can join the meeting hassle-free by following the quick and easy steps below:

1.  Call 1-641-623-3733

2.  Enter the 5-digit PIN code and state your name

3.  Press *6 to mute the call; press *6 to un-mute at anytime during the call (optional)

4.  Hang up to disconnect from the call
