A Few of Our Many Benefits
  • A competitive base salary, with an employee bonus program worth approximately 5-15% of your base pay, depending upon personal and overall company performance.
  • A 401k retirement plan, with Iowa Telecom matching 75% of up to 6% of your qualified earnings. You're immediately eligible for the plan and you'll be 50% vested on day one and 100% vested after only two years.
  • An enhanced 401k plan, with Iowa Telecom contributing an additional 3% at the end of each year of employment. You'll be fully vested in this plan after five years.
  • An optional flexible spending program which allows you to avoid paying taxes on money spent on health and child care. 
  • Up to $2,000 tuition reimbursement each year for continuing education courses.
  • Rate discounts on telephone service if you work in a full-time position and live within one of our service areas. New employees receive a 50% discount; employees with 20 years of service receive a 100% discount.
  • Free Internet service for your home for permanent, full-time employees that live within one of our service areas.
  • Seven (7) observed company holidays per year.
  • Five (5) personal holidays per year.
